All our professionals are certified and well educated in their respective specialties. Their extensive knowledge of the human body combined with corrective exercise training allows them to safely adhere to exercise programs relative to client’s current fitness level and goals. In addition to helping the general fitness client, we have trainers that are specialists in areas such as; weight loss, medical exercise, corrective exercise, sports specific training, pre- and post- rehabilitation, pre-and post-natal, senior and youth fitness.
