We are an appointment based fitness center offering services such as one on one, small group and group exercise training. There are no monthly membership fees to be apart of our family. Our staff of fitness professionals will function as your colleague, coach, trainer and teacher as they help you achieve optimal health and fitness through a state-of-the-art complete fitness and nutrition program.
We firmly believe an educated client is a successful client and so we seek to inspire and motivate you to be successful even independently rather than simply train clients.
MAXFIT BOOTCAMP / Group Training
Maxfit Bootcamp is a quick paced class structured to condition, tone, strengthen and improve overall total body performance from head to toe! It is a class experience unlike any other! The classes are crowd controlled ranging from groups of 8 to 12 per class. So there is always equipment that is necessary for your body type and fitness condition available. You will not only feel stronger, but you’ll feel good about yourself. You’ll feel good, You're more focused and you’re always challenging yourself in a Maxfit Group Training Class!!! Circuit training alternates strength training exercises with aerobic activities to give you two workouts in one. Maxfit Bootcamp classes take this concept to the next level by combining intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit style workout. You can burn 600-800 calories in a variety of classes that may use battling ropes, agility drills, free weights, and even a little healthy competition. Expect the unexpected in these full body cross training classes, which are packed with lots of variety and tons of fun! The fitness professionals at Elite Fitness carry a range of personal trainer certifications, specialty certifications and have personal and professional experience in other sectors of health and fitness. Our current class is schedule is: Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 530am Monday and Wednesday at 630pm Tuesday and Thursday at 730pm Saturday at 9am
One on One Person Training
Whatever your goal, however fit or unfit: athlete or transitioning from a sedentary lifestyle. Elite Fit personal trainers will help you every step of the way through one on one person training. Our highly educated and experienced exercise specialists seek to teach, coach, inspire and motivate rather than simply train clients. They are personable and caring individuals committed to focusing on you and your unique needs – reaching your goals becomes an enjoyable and empowering experience. All our professionals are certified and well educated in their respective specialties. Their extensive knowledge of the human body combined with corrective exercise training allows them to safely adhere to exercise programs relative to client’s current fitness level and goals. In addition to helping the general fitness client, we have trainers that are specialists in areas such as; weight loss, medical exercise, corrective exercise, sports specific training, pre- and post- rehabilitation, pre-and post-natal, senior and youth fitness.
Corrective Exercise Specialist
Our Elite Fit Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) will help clients and athletes prevent injuries, reduce movement deficiencies, improve muscle imbalances, and maximize results by creating safe, individualized training programs by identifying dysfunctions, developing a plan of action, and implementing corrective exercise solutions. One of the most common reasons people don’t continue with exercise regimen isn’t lack of results due to diet but actually physical pain throughout their body. If simply movement hurts from the gym to the bedroom it can be very discouraging to continue moving in such a manner. A corrective exercise specialist works to eliminate pain, improve posture and flexibility, while reducing the risk of nagging injuries through innovative corrective exercise programs. If you can’t imagine, how beneficial a corrective exercise specialist can be, imagine if one of your goals was to improve the strength and toning of your arms but you have pain in the elbow. A corrective exercise specialist can help alleviate the discomfort and allow pain free movement so you can experience a good workout and begin creating results with minimal to no pain! Another example, discomfort in the knee can inhibit you from developing nice, toned and firm thigh and butt muscles. A CES can properly guide you with exercises that will continue to build these muscles while offering relief in the actual knee joint itself.
